Governor Dickson of Bayelsa state is working,to make sure he meet the need of his people.
Gov. Dickson has organise a platform for youth,unemployment and many others who are interested. He created a training center called, " Dickson Oil and Gas". His purpose is to train d unemployed on how to repair a broken pipeline which will help them in future.
